Through the modalities of Therapeutic Massage and Biodynamic Cranial Sacral therapy, wholistic and therapeutic healing is designed for each client in a held space of relaxation, restoration, compassion, trust and respect.
Therapeutic Massage
Fluid circulatory strokes, patient fascial release and specific deep tissue contact combine to loosen areas of tension, ease pain, revitalize tired muscles and invite deep relaxation.
Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy
Light yet profound contact support and balance the central nervous system while improving circulation of cerebral spinal fluid, easing restrictions and removing obstacles to overall health and vitality.
